Domestic submersible electric pumps "Vodoley" series 4"BCPE-0.32 are designed to supply water from underground wells, wells and open ponds, used for domestic and technical purposes, including for irrigation of household plots.
GENERAL OPERATING CONDITIONS:
- the temperature of pumped water should not exceed 350C;
- water must not contain sand and other visible mechanical impurities;
- pumping of aggressive liquids is prohibited;
- mineralization of water should not exceed 1500 g/m3;
- the electric pump operates only when fully immersed in water, at that the distance from the bottom of the well to the pump should be not less than 0,4 m, and the water level above the pump should be not less than 1,0 m;
- the flow rate of the well must exceed the pump capacity;
- the pump should be kept under water for at least 5-10 minutes before the first start-up;
- the minimum flow rate of the electric pump should be at least 0.36 m3/h.
CONSTRUCTION
4"BCPE-0.32 "Vodoley" are multistage high-pressure pump units. This series of pumps is equipped with an asynchronous single-phase electric motor designed for an operating voltage of 230 V, 50 Hz.
Water suction takes place through a filter located in the middle part of the pump. Active cooling of the electric motor occurs due to the flow of pumped water between the well casing and the pump.
Parts of the flowing part of the electric pump are made of corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel, brass, food-grade plastic, which ensures ecological purity of the pumped water.
Each submersible pump has an electric cable of appropriate length with an electric plug. A capacitor box is connected to the cable.
Warranty period for all products: 24 months from the date of sale.
