The household centrifugal submersible multi-stage electric pump BCPE "Vodoley", hereinafter referred to as the "electric pump", is designed to supply water in domestic conditions from wells and can also be used to supply water from mine wells, reservoirs and open reservoirs for watering gardens and vegetable gardens.

The temperature of the pumped water should be no more than 35°C.

The remote condenser box of the electric pump is intended for use indoors or under a canopy.

In terms of the degree of protection against electric shock, the electric pump belongs to class I DSTU ІEC 60335-2-41 (with a grounding contact in the plug).

In terms of the degree of protection from moisture, the electric pump belongs to submersible pumps according to DSTU ІЭС 60335-2-41 IP68 and must operate completely immersed in water, while the distance from the bottom of the well to the pump must be at least 0.4 m.

The first switch-on should be made 5-10 minutes after the electric pump is completely immersed in water.

Pumping contaminated, alkaline, acidic liquids and solutions is not allowed. The water should not contain sand or other visible mechanical impurities. Water mineralization no more than 1500 g/m3.

Service life 10 years, minimum operating time 10,000 hours.

During short breaks in operation, it is recommended to leave the electric pump immersed in water.

If a malfunction occurs, use the troubleshooting method indicated in the table:

Possible malfunction Proper reason Usunenny method
Electric pump does not start No voltage at the boundary
Low tension at the edge Achieve a stable voltage, install an autotransformer, stabilizer.
Electric pump for squeaking Lift the electric pump and rinse with clean water.
Electric pump flow has decreased Failure of fastening or rupture of pipeline Lift the electric pump, check the integrity and fastening of the pipeline. Malfunction put in.
Filter opening clogged Raise the electric pump, clean the filter opening (section 8)
Great drop in voltage at the boundary Provide voltage with a high-pressure electric pump 220 ± 22 V (section 7)
After short-line work, a dry device is requested Failure of fastening or rupture of pipeline Lift the electric pump, check the integrity and fastening of the pipeline. Malfunction put in.
Filter opening clogged Raise the electric pump, clean the filter opening (section 8)

When operating electric pumps, the following safety requirements must be observed:

Installation, maintenance, and dismantling of an electric pump under voltage is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly prohibited to operate the electric pump without reliable fastening and grounding. In this case, the electric pump is connected via a three-wire network with a grounding conductor. There is no danger of electric shock from the charged capacitor if the plug pins are touched within one second of unplugging the electric pump.
To avoid accidents, it is recommended to obtain confirmation of the correctness of the installation and connection of the electric pump to the power supply from an inspector of the State Energy Supervision Authority. Installation and connection of electric pumps should be carried out by qualified personnel.
The power cord cannot be repaired. If the cord is damaged, remove the pump from service.
Repairs should be carried out at the manufacturer.
To put the electric pump into operation it is necessary:

Connect the socket to the power supply.
Make sure that the power cord is intact (no through mechanical damage) (replacement of a power cord damaged at the entrance to the pump is carried out only by the manufacturer).
Connect the electric pump using adapters to a pressure pipe with a diameter of at least 3/4 inch.
Tie the cable to the holes in the electric pump cover.
Lower the electric pump into the water and secure the cable over the well, well, etc.
Keep foreign bodies, sharp objects, etc. away. into the hole in the cover at the bottom of the electric pump to avoid damage to the rubber diaphragm.

Drain the electric pump while holding the cable and pipeline, making sure the power cord hangs freely. When lowering the electric pump, protect the cord from possible damage. Having lowered the electric pump into the well, secure the cable and pipeline to the surface so that the weight of the pipeline and the water in it is not transferred to the power cord, and the power cord should not experience tension.

ATTENTION! Place the capacitor box and socket under a canopy or indoors, protecting them from possible exposure to water and precipitation.
