OBJECTIVITY
Surface vortex electric pump "Vodolei" series BVN is designed for pumping potable water, drinking and technical liquids with kinematic viscosity up to 25 x 106 m2/s and with the content of solid inclusions not more than 0,1% by weight and size not more than 0,05 mm. The pump can be used for irrigation and in systems of automatic water supply of houses. The casing and impeller of the vortex pump are made of brass. Pumps of BVN type belong to "flood electric pumps", which require filling the pumping part with water before start-up and installing a check valve.
GENERAL OPERATING CONDITIONS
- air must not enter the pump unit during operation;
- limit lower and upper values of ambient temperature from 5ºC to 35ºC;
- the temperature of pumped water must not exceed 350C;
- water must not contain sand and other visible mechanical impurities;
- pumping of aggressive liquids is prohibited;
- water mineralization is allowed not more than 1500 g/m3;
- the flow rate of the well must exceed the pump capacity;
- the pumping part must be filled with water before the first start-up;
- the minimum capacity of the electric pump should be not less than 0.36 m3/h.

CONSTRUCTION
Surface vortex electric pump "Vodolei" series BVN is a monoblock, namely asynchronous single-phase electric motor with connected single-stage pumping part. The pump is equipped with a single-phase asynchronous electric motor designed for an operating voltage of 230 V, 50 Hz. According to the degree of protection against electric shock the electric pump belongs to class I according to GOST IEC 60335-2-41.
By degree of protection against moisture the electric pump belongs to splash-proof devices (IPX4) according to GOST IEC 60335-2-41. Surface centrifugal electric pump BVN-0,32-35 U1,1 is completed with a cable with an electric plug of 2 meters length and is available in horizontal and vertical versions.
Warranty period for all products: 24 months from the date of sale.
